Charging this car

Charges at home, not at public stations

The Nora Metro charges from an ordinary household 220V socket, and a full charge takes 6 to 8 hours. There is no DC fast charging, and Nora has not published the charging inlet standard, so compatibility with public chargers is unconfirmed. Ask the dealer to put the connector type in writing before booking.

The verdict

The Metro is the most interesting of the three Noras: a 3.9 metre van body styled after the Toyota Alphard, with the lineup's strongest motor at 7 kW and the 23.1 kWh battery, officially priced at PKR 29 Lakh, just under the sub 30 Lakh figure the brand promised. Nothing else in Pakistan's microcar segment offers a van shape at all. Keep it in proportion: 70 km/h, four seats on the spec sheet, and a brand with no delivery record yet. As a city runabout for a family or a small business doing local deliveries it could carve out a niche the Alektra and Honri do not touch.

Frequently asked questions

What is the price of the Nora Metro in Pakistan?

The Nora Metro is priced at PKR 29 Lakh in Pakistan (2026 — indicative, confirm with the dealer as prices move with taxes and exchange rates).

What is the range of the Nora Metro?

The Nora Metro offers up to 250 km of range on a full charge.

Where can I charge the Nora Metro in Pakistan?

At home. The Nora Metro charges from an ordinary household 220V socket in 6 to 8 hours and has no DC fast charging. Nora has not published the charging inlet standard, so compatibility with public chargers is unconfirmed. Ask the dealer to confirm the connector type in writing.

What is the Nora Metro's price in Pakistan?

Rs 2,899,999 ex factory for the Deluxe variant, effective 20 October 2026. Nora had said the Metro would start under Rs 30 Lakh and the official list price lands there, PKR 4 Lakh above the Neo for the same battery but a stronger 7 kW motor and the van body.

What battery does the Nora Metro have?

The launch sheet lists one option: a 23.1 kWh LFP pack with an official 250 km claimed range. The 9 and 15 kWh pack options and the 70cc petrol range extender reported before launch did not make the official price list. It charges from a household socket in 6 to 8 hours with no DC fast charging.

Is the Nora Metro a real alternative to a family MPV?

No. Despite the Alphard inspired styling it is a quadricycle class city vehicle: a 7 kW motor, 70 km/h top speed and four seats on the current sheet. It is a city runabout with van practicality, not a motorway family carrier. For actual intercity MPV duty the cheapest electric option listed here is the XPENG X9 at many times the price.
