Booking & Refund Policy

ChargePK is a service platform — nothing is shipped. The service you book (an EV charging slot) is delivered at the charging station you select, at the time you select. This page explains how bookings, advance payments, and refunds work.
1. How a booking works
- You send a slot request through the ChargePK app for a participating station.
- The station owner reviews the request and confirms or declines it.
- You are notified of the outcome in the app and by phone notification.
- A request becomes a confirmed booking only once the owner confirms it.
2. Advance payments
Some stations require a fixed advance (shown in the app before you book) to hold your slot. The advance is paid directly to the station owner — for example via RAAST or bank transfer to the account shown in the app. ChargePK never collects, holds, or processes your payment. Your payment reference is attached to the booking so the owner can verify it before confirming.
3. If the station declines your request
If the owner declines your request, you may immediately book a different slot. If you had already paid an advance for a declined request, settlement of that amount (refund or credit toward another slot) is between you and the station — contact the station first, and reach us at [email protected] if you need help.
4. Arrival window and no-shows
Your reserved slot is held for fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled start time. Failure to arrive within this window results in forfeiture of the slot, and any advance paid is strictly non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling
If you miss your slot, you may — subject to the station's discretion and availability — reschedule to another slot in lieu of a refund.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel a pending request in the app at any time before the owner confirms it. For cancelling a confirmed booking, contact the station as early as possible; whether an advance is returned for an early cancellation is at the station's discretion.
7. Our role
ChargePK acts solely as a facilitator connecting drivers with independently operated charging stations. The charging service, its quality, and all payments are strictly between you and the station. See our Terms & Conditions for the full picture.
