ChargePK is a digital services provider. We operate a mobile application and website that help electric-vehicle drivers in Pakistan find EV charging stations, view community-reported information, plan journeys, and request charging slot bookings.

Nothing is shipped

ChargePK does not sell or ship any physical goods. Our service is delivered digitally through the app and website, and any charging takes place at a physical charging station that is independently owned and operated by a third party. As a result, no shipping, delivery charges, or delivery timelines apply.

Service delivery

Access to ChargePK’s features is available immediately through the app and website. Charging itself is delivered at the station you choose, subject to that station’s availability and terms.

Payments and refunds

Any payment made through the platform is for a service, not a product. Money-back matters are handled under our Refund Policy.
