Welcome to ChargePK. These terms govern your use of the ChargePK website (chargepk.com), the ChargePK mobile applications for iOS and Android, and the services offered through them (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What ChargePK is

ChargePK is a digital platform that helps electric-vehicle drivers in Pakistan find charging stations, view community-reported information (such as prices, timings, live status, and reviews), plan journeys, and request charging slot bookings at participating stations.

2. What ChargePK is not

ChargePK does not own or operate charging stations. Charging stations listed on the Platform are owned and operated by independent third parties. ChargePK acts solely as a facilitator connecting you with independently operated charging stations. Any charging session, payment, or dispute is strictly between you and the station.

3. Community information

Much of the information on the Platform — charger locations, prices, timings, live status, and reviews — is contributed by the community or by station owners. We moderate submissions but cannot guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm critical details (such as availability and price) with the station before travelling.

4. Bookings and advance payments

Participating stations may accept charging slot requests through the Platform. A request becomes a booking only when the station confirms it. Some stations require an advance payment, which is paid directly to the station (for example via RAAST or bank transfer) — ChargePK never holds or processes your money. The full rules, including no-show forfeiture and rescheduling, are set out in our Booking & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or defamatory reports, reviews, or charger information.
• Do not make booking requests you do not intend to honour.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content or restrict access to the Platform for violations of these terms.

6. No warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any charger information is accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChargePK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute of any kind arising from or relating to a booking, a charging session, a payment made to a station, or a station's premises or services, nor for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Platform collects and how it is used. ChargePK does not require user accounts and collects minimal data.

9. ChargePK Host (listing your charger)

ChargePK Host lets owners of a home EV charger list it on the Platform so that other EV drivers can find and use it. ChargePK's role is strictly limited to listing the charger and connecting a host with interested drivers. The following terms apply to every host and every listing.

9.1 Who can list

• Your charger must be an AC home charger — no DC or fast chargers.
• It charges one vehicle at a time — no simultaneous multi-car charging.
• It must be at a residential address (house or apartment) — not a commercial, retail, fuel-station or workplace site.
• One charger per household listing.
• You must own the charger, or have the property owner's or building management's permission to offer it.
• The charger must be safely and properly installed and in good working order.

9.2 Pricing — cost recovery, not a business

• ChargePK may cap, flag, or remove listings priced unreasonably or that look like a commercial operation.
• Payment is directly between you and the driver via RAAST. ChargePK does not collect, hold, or process the funds.

9.3 Your responsibilities as a host

• You are responsible for obtaining any registration, licence or approval required for your setup — including any applicable NEECA or NEPRA requirements, your electricity provider's connection terms, and any building or society rules.
• You are responsible for the electrical safety of the charger and your premises.
• Keep your listing accurate — location, availability, charger type and rating, and your contact number — and provide a genuine photo of the charger.
• Provide safe, reasonable access during the availability windows you set.

9.4 ChargePK's role

• ChargePK is a platform that connects hosts and drivers. ChargePK does not own the charger, supply or sell electricity, or operate a charging station — the charging arrangement is directly between you (the host) and the driver.
• ChargePK is not responsible for the electricity supplied, vehicle or charger damage, injury, disputes, or any loss arising from a charging session.
• You agree to indemnify ChargePK against claims arising from your listing, your premises, or your non-compliance.

9.5 We may remove listings

ChargePK may suspend or remove any listing at its discretion — including for safety concerns, complaints, suspected commercial use, or legal risk.

10. Eligibility

To use ChargePK you need to be 18 or older (or of legal age where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement. ChargePK does not require an account to browse the map. Where you provide information — for example a phone number for a booking, or details for a ChargePK Host listing — you confirm that it is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and you are responsible for activity carried out using it.

11. Suspension and termination

ChargePK may restrict, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Platform, or remove content you have submitted, at any time and at its discretion — including for a breach of these terms, misuse, suspected fraud, or legal risk. You may stop using the Platform whenever you wish. Sections that by their nature should continue — including limitation of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property — remain in effect after your access ends.

12. Events beyond our control

ChargePK is not responsible for any delay in, or failure to provide, the Platform where that is caused by something outside its reasonable control — for example a power or internet outage, a government restriction, a natural event, or a disruption to a third-party service the Platform depends on.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover ChargePK for any claim, loss, or reasonable cost it incurs because of your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, the content you submit, or any charging arrangement, payment, or dispute between you and a station or host.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

16. Intellectual property

ChargePK, the ChargePK logo and ChargePK Concierge are trademarks of ChargePK.

The original material on this site — its text, page design and layout, software, illustrations and photography — is the property of ChargePK. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished or reused, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission. That includes reproducing pages or sections of them on another website, and using them to populate or train another product or service.

Some of what appears here is not ours, and we make no claim to it:

• Vehicle specifications, prices, ranges and similar figures are facts published by manufacturers, distributors and the motoring press. We compile and present them; we do not own them.
• Charging station details are supplied by operators, hosts and users of ChargePK, or drawn from publicly available sources.
• Product and company names — including vehicle makes and models, and connector standards such as CCS2 and Type 2 — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive, and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
