ChargePK is a digital services provider. We operate a mobile application and website that help electric-vehicle drivers in Pakistan find EV charging stations, view community-reported information, plan journeys, and request charging slot bookings.

No returns apply

ChargePK does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. Everything ChargePK provides is a digital service. Because there is no physical product to return, no return policy applies to anything purchased through ChargePK.

Payments and refunds

Where a payment is made through the platform — such as a charging fee or a booking advance — it is for a service delivered at an independently operated charging station, not for a product. Any money-back matters are handled under our Refund Policy.
