Privacy Policy

ChargePK ("the App") is designed with privacy as a first principle. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and what is never collected.

What We Do Not Collect

ChargePK does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• No account or sign-in is required.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs are included.
• No advertising identifiers are accessed.
• No usage data, crash reports, or diagnostics are sent to any server.
• Your location is never transmitted off your device.

Location Data

The App requests access to your device's location solely to show nearby charging stations and to support the journey planner feature. Location data is processed entirely on-device. It is never stored persistently, never sent to any server, and never shared with any third party.

You may deny location access at any time in iOS Settings. Core features such as browsing the charger map and using the charging calculator remain available without location permission.

Charger Data

Charging station information (locations, prices, connector types) is bundled with the App or fetched from our own servers solely to display it to you. No information about which stations you view or visit is recorded.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple Maps for map rendering and navigation. Apple's own privacy policy governs their services. No other third-party SDKs, analytics providers, or advertising networks are used.

Children's Privacy

ChargePK does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The App contains no features that would require or collect personal data from any user of any age.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change in the App Store release notes.
