EV Charging Stations in Lahore: Price List (2026)

A DC fast charging station under a green canopy at Metro Thokar, Lahore

Lahore has quietly become the best city in Pakistan to charge an electric car. ChargePK lists 24 public charging points here, and the pricing is unusually kind: every DC fast charger with a published rate costs between Rs 90 and Rs 120 per kWh, and the cheapest fast charging in the city happens to be at a 180 kW station. Here is every published rate, cheapest first.

Every published rate in Lahore, cheapest first

Rates are what each operator has published on its ChargePK listing, in rupees per kWh, billed on energy actually delivered. Tap a name for the full listing with map pin, hours and a phone number. One station, Go Green on Main Boulevard Gulberg (22 kW AC), has not published a rate, so call before you depend on it.

How to read this list

The striking thing is how tight the band is. Of the 22 chargers with a fixed rate, five charge exactly Rs 100, and all DC fast charging sits inside Rs 90 to Rs 120. In Karachi the cheapest DC charge is Rs 101. In Lahore it is Rs 90, and remarkably that rate buys you the 180 kW Shell Recharge on Ghazi Road, the cheapest and close to the fastest charge in the city at the same plug.

The fast lane: four 180 kW stations

Lahore has more ultra fast charging than anywhere else in Pakistan. Shell Recharge Ghazi Road (Rs 90), EURO Express 18 (Rs 100), Shell Recharge Shami Road (Rs 105) and Mall of Lahore (Rs 120) all deliver 180 kW, enough to take a capable car from low battery to road trip ready in under half an hour. The charging time calculator tells you what any of them means in minutes for your car.

What a full charge costs, against home

Take a 60 kWh battery from 10% to full and the arithmetic is simple. At home on a LESCO domestic tariff, roughly Rs 40 to 65 per kWh depending on your slab, that charge costs about Rs 2,200 to 3,500. At a typical Lahore DC station around Rs 110 it costs about Rs 5,900. Public fast charging buys speed, not savings, which is why the pattern that works is home charging overnight and DC only when you are out or heading out of town. Our full cost guide runs the numbers for every tariff.

Heading out of the city? The M-2 is covered from the first kilometre: PSO Magic River sits at the motorway's edge, and the Lahore to Islamabad guide maps every charger from there to the capital.
